Proposition architecturale pour la réalisation d’un centre commercial (2500m² environ) au niveau de la ville de Casablanca, le niveau du RDC a été dédié aux commerces avec une double hauteur participant à la scénographie des vitrines exposées. Le 1^er et 2^ème étage se partagent commerce et restauration, le dernier niveau est réservé au back-office.

L’architecture se veut une composition ludique de volumes transparent permettant une traversée de lumières à travers des bris de soleil alvéole formant ainsi un jeu d’ombre aux espaces intérieurs.

Architectural proposal for the realization of a shopping center (2500m ²) in Casablanca, the ground floor level was dedicated to shops with a beautiful double height involved the scenography of the windows exposed. The 1st and 2nd floors are shared between retail and restaurants, while the last level is reserved for the back office.

The architecture is a playful composition of transparent volumes allowing a crossing of light through sunshades forming a shadow shape in the interior spaces.
