PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Project owner support

This service involves assisting and advising the owner throughout the evolution of his construction project, a mission that begins in the design phase and concludes with the handing over of the building or the commissioning of the building.
The POS (Project owner support) also has as a role the recommandation of selection of the stakeholdders  (Architect, technical office, control office, construction contractor…) while guaranteeing a coordination and a monitoring of project respecting qualitative specifications.

• Delegated project management.

This service involves operating in the name and on the account of the client as a direct representative and requires (in addition to the POS services) to manage and rule on all situations presented during the development of the project.

Project Management

• Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage (AMO)

Cette prestation consiste à assister et conseiller le client tout au long de l’évolution de son projet de construction, une mission qui débute en phase d’études et s’achève par la remise des clefs ou la mise en service de l’ouvrage.

L’AMO à aussi comme rôle la séléction des partainaires (Maitres d’oeuvre, Bureau d’étude technique, Entreprise de construction…) tout en garantissant une coordination et un suivi de projet respctant un cahier de charger qualitatif.

• Mâitrise d’Ouvrage Déléguée  (MOD)

Cette prestation consiste à opérer au nom et au compte du client autant que mandataire direct et implique (de plus la prestation AMO) de gérer et statuer sur l’ensemble des situations présentées lors du déroulement du projet.
