La réalisation de la villa -YK- (350m² environ) avait une particularité dans sa gestion, un client MRE désirant construire sa maison secondaire sans pour autant être disponible en permanence pour suivre l’évolution du projet. Un reporting bimensuel et des échanges via des séances de visioconférence permettaient de suivre et valider l’ensemble des phases de constructions.
VILLA -YK-
The realization of the villa -YK- (350m² approximately) had a particularity in its management, a MLA (Moroccans living abroad) client wishing to build his secondary house without being permanently available to follow the evolution of the project. A bimonthly reporting and exchanges via video-call sessions allowed to follow and validate all the construction phases.
